Let's connect

Inquire about your vision.

Fill out the inquiry form here to share your vision and event details. We’ll clarify any details over email, including fonts and colors, so you can receive a sample (image) design. For items that need engraving, we typically ask for a sample unless we say otherwise. If your project needs custom design work, we’ll send an initial invoice for design time.

Bring your design to life.

We’ll work together to implement your vision—from color and design specifics, to quantity, packaging, delivery, etc. Throughout the project, you’ll receive consistent communication and extra care, all the way through to packaging.

Review and confirm your order.

After the design details have been approved and we’re a good fit to work together, you’ll receive the paperwork and invoice. Your invoice is due within a week and before starting any work.

For wholesale orders: we can arrange payments based on project milestones or specific payment plans. In any case, invoices are due within a week.

Receive your products.

We’ll work around the clock to get your product to you by the date specified in our project agreement. If you’d like a sample and you have a large order, feel free to request one—we ask that you cover the cost of material and shipping. If your product is smaller, we’ll cut a sample item and send a picture/video for your review.

The Kits and Crates Guarantee

Each piece is made with care and customized just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our designs, all finished custom gifts are non-refundable.

However, if there’s an error in the finalized design, we’ll make it right at no cost to you. If your order arrives damaged or broken, we’ll work directly with the delivery service and arrange a replacement so you can enjoy your gift as it was meant to be.

How much does this custom gift design cost?

It’s specific to each piece. The best way to know would be to inquire through our form here.

What if we can’t commit to the project anymore? Do you offer refunds?

If you need to cancel your order while it’s in progress, we’ll refund the portion that hasn’t yet been completed (for example, if 30% of the project is finished, you’ll receive 70% back). 

Please note that any custom materials ordered just for your project can’t be refunded. If you’d like, we’ll happily send you the unused materials at your cost.

Do you offer payment plans?

Payment plans can be considered for large jobs as work is completed (i.e. milestone payments).

How long does the design process usually take?

Depending on the complexity of the project or the number of revisions, the design process usually takes between 2 to 10 business days, giving us the time to explore your ideas and make sure the final design feels just right for you. Once approved, we’ll send an invoice/contract for sign off and payment. We’ll then order products and get to work.

Do you help find specific products based on what I need?

Absolutely! We’re happy to source items for you to make sure everything fits your vision. Just a heads-up — this might add a little extra time to the process, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Will I be able to see or feel a sample before we move forward?

Yes, if having a sample in hand helps you feel confident, I’d be happy to arrange that for you. During our consultation, we’ll share design previews and photos of any sample cuts, and if you'd like a physical sample sent your way, we can organize that too—we’d require a small cost to cover materials and shipping.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes! Once your order is complete, you can choose to pick it up or have it delivered right to your door. Delivery is available at a small additional cost, and we’ll make sure it arrives safely and on time.
